1984

Feeling reflective tonight. This is from a slightly simpler time. The song list from this show, which I snatched at the end of the Minutemen's set, is still stashed away in my box full of old fliers and fanzines.

Simpler for sure. I was six. Heh.

Nice. A little punk. Or a lot of punk, I should say.

You can't beat set lists and guitar picks for excellent "live music in a club" souvenirs.

In '84 I was far too young to get into clubs, but was developing my love of hair metal and Motley Crue just the same.

One of my alltime favorites.
Unfortunately I was born "too little too late" to see the Minutemen (I was 14 in 1984).
Got to see Firehose in Belgium in '1988, though.
Thanks for sharing. Great site btw.

Hmm, I'm not sure whether to feel old or just happy to have waved the Minutemen flag back in the day. I think I'll go with the latter.
