Tasting notes: Silky mouthfeel with a wisp of acidity lures you in until the sharp finish paralyzes your palate.
This is why I still don't fully trust the Stelvin closure. It's just too easy for unwanted guests to open the bottle.
This wine's got great legs. Well, eight legs...
Good stuff, all. And welcome, Philip. Aside from the post title, which presupposed knowledge of the wine's place of origin, I was leaning toward something along the lines of:Natural wine, insecticide included.
