The ex-manager of the Sex Pistols, ex-partner of Vivienne Westwood, ex-punk/fashion/music/culture iconoclast is now, simply, ex. Dead at 64 of cancer.

    This is gloriously horrible, thanks for posting. Love the older, besuited guy at the end; it's like he's thinking, "What is this finger thing all about?"
