This is why I still don't fully trust the Stelvin closure. It's just too easy for unwanted guests to open the bottle.

Good stuff, all. And welcome, Philip. Aside from the post title, which presupposed knowledge of the wine's place of origin, I was leaning toward something along the lines of:Natural wine, insecticide included.
