More interesting on day one but it held up fine and was still plenty tasty on day two. Tasting 1/3 is nothing to be ashamed of, especially given the circumstances. <BR/><BR/>You are so Nice, the cot-gamay version, was really tasty the last time I drank it, as opposed to when I first tried it a month and a half or so ago. I'm having an increasing amount of these type of experiences with these 'hipster' natty wines. They need good storage, not to be recently transported, and I had recently opened.
