I travel a lot for work, and the book is just too big to lug around. (Yes, I admit it, I'm lazy!) I'm really enjoying the chapters about each region, and find the storytelling to be very well done. I wish I could remember more, definitely think this book will be a valuable reference book for some time to come.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11690409206657927413noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8017457764988110566.post-24038276097167409782008-01-20T07:34:00.000-05:002008-01-20T07:34:00.000-05:00David,Almost finished. . .Very enjoyable, though I...David,

Almost finished. . .
Very enjoyable, though I have mainly focused on the chapters where I have had the wines from.Edwardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16020445581810054798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8017457764988110566.post-4325969967888248292008-01-19T12:34:00.000-05:002008-01-19T12:34:00.000-05:00I agree with Theresa. I do think that it's going to not only be a good read (those detailed descriptions Theresa mentions) but a great reference tool, too, since it really puts a region into perspective with its wine, food, culture, etc.Dr. Debshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02892131332003571463noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8017457764988110566.post-75213094045061002742008-01-19T11:22:00.000-05:002008-01-19T11:22:00.000-05:00I like the book so far. I have a hard time remembering all the Italian names and figuring out how to pronounce them. I think the book is well written and very comprehensive. I am learning a lot and I am eager to try some more Italian wines from different regions. I would also love to go to Italy and visit these wine regions in person. Since the book is pretty detailed I can sometimes almost picture what they are describing.
- TheresaKen and Theresa Hogginshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18376309992084398862noreply@blogger.com
